PerfectJodi is owned and operated by Lighthouse Software Technologies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing membership payments, cancellations, and refunds for the PerfectJodi platform.

1. Membership Plans

PerfectJodi offers paid membership plans that provide access to premium platform features.

Membership fees are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Membership validity begins after successful payment confirmation and account activation.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully deducted but membership was not activated within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same membership.
  • Payment was deducted due to a verified technical error.
  • Lighthouse Software Technologies is unable to activate the purchased membership due to a system issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Membership has already been activated.
  • Membership benefits have been used.
  • The user no longer wishes to use the platform.
  • The user did not find a suitable match.
  • Membership expires without renewal.
  • The user's account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms & Conditions.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the user during registration.
  • Refund request is made more than 7 days after payment.

4. Membership Cancellation

  • Users may request account closure at any time.
  • Cancelling an account does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
  • If a membership is active at the time of cancellation, the remaining validity period will not be refunded.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Registered Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Payment Transaction ID / UTR Number
  • Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will normally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by Lighthouse Software Technologies.

7. Payment Security

Membership payments are processed through authorized payment partners.

PerfectJodi does not store debit card numbers, credit card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or internet banking credentials.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated policies become effective immediately after publication on this website.
